By creating an account or using UpAgent you agree to these terms.

The service

UpAgent helps freelancers evaluate Upwork job postings: it scores how well a job fits your profile, highlights risks, and drafts proposal text. Scores and drafts are suggestions. You decide what to apply to and what to send, and you are responsible for anything you submit on Upwork.

Your account

• Provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create accounts to collect extra free credits.
• You must comply with Upwork's Terms of Service when using UpAgent with your Upwork account.

Credits and payments

Some features use credits. Free accounts receive starter credits after verifying their email. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Unused credits have no cash value. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or automated abuse of the service.
• No attempts to access other users' data or to disrupt the service.
• No use that violates the law or Upwork's policies.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

No guarantees

We work hard to make scores accurate and the service reliable, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee you will win any job, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
